I am Irada, Head of Design at Hey Digital, and I am super excited to let you know that we're looking for a Digital Designer to join our team!

Hey Digital is a B2B SaaS Performance Marketing Agency that has partnered with some of the hottest companies in the industry like PostHog, Hotjar, Toggl and Pitch (to name a few). We also run Hey Design, our new subscription-based design service, delivering world-class designs to companies like Instantly, Kilo Code and Aikido.

We have an incredible, fully remote team (20 countries and counting!) of Performance Marketers, Designers, Project Managers, Account Managers, and hopefully... you? 😉

This role is perfect for you if:

About the role

🦸 Responsibilities:

Create a range of digital marketing deliverables, including paid social creatives, display assets, and landing pages (using landing page builders).
Support mid-weight and senior designers by contributing to concepts, iterations, and production across multiple channels and formats.
Assist with motion/video production when required (simple animation, video edits, adaptations).
Conduct light research to inform design direction (references, competitors, visual exploration) and translate insights into executions.
Maintain high quality standards across outputs: consistency, accuracy, file hygiene, and readiness for review and launch.
Handle essential production and organization tasks: exporting assets, organizing files in Figma/Drive, and keeping ClickUp deliverables and statuses up to date.
Communicate clearly with the team, stay responsive in Slack during working hours, and proactively flag blockers.
Continuously improve craft and workflow efficiency through feedback, iteration, and skill development.

📌 Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Figma.
Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high quality work.
Clear and consistent communication skills.
Research-oriented mindset and curiosity to learn different SaaS products, features, offers, and target audiences.
Comfortable executing design projects from briefs and supporting more senior designers.
Reliable WiFi connection for fully remote work.
Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.

Experience with ClickUp & Slack.
Ability and excitement to use AI to deliver faster, better results.
You have worked in a digital marketing agency.
Motion design and/or basic video editing experience.
Experience creating landing pages using a landing page builder platform.

Our hiring process

Here's what you can expect from the hiring process 🏁

Application → You submit and we will review! We get A LOT of applications and we will endeavour to get through them as quickly as we can but please be patient with us!
1st Interview → If selected, we'll schedule 30min to discuss your background, the role and any questions you have about Hey Digital.
Paid Skills Assessment → If the interview goes well, we'll send you an assessment to evaluate your practical abilities and ingenuity. Once submitted, we will reimburse you for your time!
2nd Interview → Lastly, you'll meet with me or another senior member of the team! We'll dig into some technicalities and learn more about one another.
