Hey Digital is a B2B SaaS Performance Marketing Agency that has partnered with some of the hottest companies in the industry like PostHog, Hotjar, Toggl and Pitch (to name a few). We also run Hey Design, our new subscription-based design service, delivering world-class designs to companies like Instantly, Kilo Code and Aikido.
We have an incredible, fully remote team (20 countries and counting!) of Performance Marketers, Designers, Project Managers, Account Managers, and hopefully... you? π

About the role
π¦Έ Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality, conversion-focused copy for landing pages, websites, paid search ads, and paid social ads for B2B SaaS clients.
- Create compelling creative angles for ads that align with client goals.
- Collaborate closely with our Performance Marketing and Design teams to bring concepts to life.
- Conduct creative audits, performance reviews, and analyse whatβs working (and what isnβt) to guide new concepts.
- Adapt messaging and tone of voice for different brands while maintaining clarity and persuasion.
- Improve existing landing pages by crafting copy that increases conversion rates compared to the previous version.
- Brainstorm and develop new ideas for experiments, A/B tests, hooks, and ad concepts.
- Contribute to improving internal systems, templates, processes, and workflow efficiency.
- Consistently meet deadlines and deliver exceptional quality across multiple accounts.
π Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of copywriting experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating landing page work.
- Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy for digital channels (landing pages, websites, paid ads).
- Experience writing for B2B SaaS companies or similar tech/digital products.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization principles and user psychology.
- Ability to adapt tone of voice and messaging to different brands.
- Proficient in using AI tools for ideation, research, and copy optimization.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong project management skills - ability to consistently meet deadlines with high-quality work.
- Experience collaborating with designers and marketing teams.

- Brand positioning or brand strategy experience.
- Experience conducting creative audits and performance reviews.
- Familiarity with landing page builders (Unbounce, Webflow, etc.).
- Experience with sitemap building.
- Understanding of SaaS metrics (trial signups, demo requests, conversion rates).
- Knowledge of SEO copywriting principles.
- Experience with creative angle development for static and video ads.
- Familiarity with our tool stack (Unbounce, Figma, Slack & ClickUp) for better collaboration.

Here's what you can expect from the hiring process π
- Application β You submit and we will review! We get A LOT of applications and we will endeavour to get through them as quickly as we can but please be patient with us!
- 1st Interview β If selected, we'll schedule 30min to discuss your background, the role and any questions you have about Hey Digital.
- Paid Skills Assessment β If the interview goes well, we'll send you an assessment to evaluate your practical abilities and ingenuity. Once submitted, we will reimburse you for your time!
- 2nd Interview β You'll meet with me! We'll dig into some technicalities and learn more about one another.
- Culture Call β Lastly, you'll meet with some other team members to make sure we are a perfect fit!
