Hey Digital is a B2B SaaS Performance Marketing Agency that has partnered with some of the hottest companies in the industry like PostHog, Hotjar, Toggl and Pitch (to name a few). We also run Hey Design, our new subscription-based design service, delivering world-class designs to companies like Instantly, Kilo Code and Aikido.
We have an incredible, fully remote team (20 countries and counting!) of Performance Marketers, Designers, Project Managers, Account Managers, and hopefully... you? π

About the role
π¦Έ Responsibilities:
Strategic Client Leadership:
Taking full strategic ownership of client accounts from strategy through to execution and reporting
Creating comprehensive reporting decks and presenting results to clients over calls
Communicating clearly with clients on Slack and acting as their primary point of contact
Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and acting in line with our core values
Campaign Management & Strategy:
Providing strategic direction and advice for other members of the Performance Marketing team
Planning, creating, and launching new campaigns for our clients across multiple platforms
Executing and leading audits, creating strategies, and implementing tracking for potential and new clients
Leading the creation of real-time revenue reporting for the clients you are managing
Reviewing the performance of campaigns across multiple channels and optimizing frequently - always seeking ways to improve account performance and efficiency
Operations & Team Collaboration:
Documenting and building paid media processes alongside our operations team
Working on weekly and mid-month performance updates for the accounts youβre responsible for managing
Planning and executing new ideas and experiments that you think will help drive better results for our clients
π Requirements:
Availability to work US core hours and strong comfort working closely with US-based clients, including leading communication, meetings, and strategic discussions in US time zone.
4+ years of expert-level experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns at an agency or multi-product business.
Experience within the SaaS or B2B tech verticals and a thorough understanding of how marketing works in these industries.
Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM for managing client data and reporting.
The ability to come up with creative and data-driven ideas and strategies to help our clients grow.
Excellent client communication skills - excited and comfortable to lead client relationships, present results over calls, and communicate effectively on Slack.
βοΈ Really nice-to-haves:
Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Looker Studio for setting up reporting dashboards and troubleshooting tracking tags and conversion events.
Familiarity with attribution platforms such as Dreamdata, HockeyStack, or Factors.ai.
Proficiency with ClickUp and Slack.

1st Interview β If selected, we'll schedule 30min to discuss your background, the role and any questions you have about Hey Digital.
Paid Skills Assessment β If the interview goes well, we'll send you an assessment to evaluate your practical abilities and ingenuity. Once submitted, we will reimburse you for your time!
2nd Interview β Lastly, you'll meet with me or another senior member of the team! We'll dig into some technicalities and learn more about one another.
