About The Role

As a skilled mid-weight digital designer, Hey Digital is perfect for you if:

🗒️ Requirements:

• A background in digital ad design
• Storyboard and landing page design experience
• Design software experience (preferably Figma and Unbounce)
• Motion graphics experience (preferably with after effects)
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Great attention to detail
• Time management skills

🦸 Responsibilities:

• Executing design briefs from ideation to export for various ad assets and platforms. Ensuring alignment with the client's branding to drive conversions for various client accounts using Figma.
• Designing and building landing pages using Unbounce.
• Supporting in briefing and reviewing other designs.
• Assisting with research and gathering design-related data of our clients.
• Ensuring that the design exports are high quality and meet the project requirements.
• General design admin work such as exporting assets, organizing files in Google Drive and Figma, and keeping ClickUp up-to-date.
• Documentation creation and maintenance based on agreed procedures or further edits on those established.
• Providing input in the company's internal projects and marketing projects.
• Completing and keeping the client's brand file up to date.

⌚ We have 4 core working hours (US: 10am - 2pm GMT -3) (EU: 11am - 3pm GMT +3). Outside of this, all our team members have the flexibility to set their own hours!

🌴 We believe that breaks/holidays are vital to you being your best self, so we have got you covered with 28 days of PTO, 15 paid national holidays (wherever you live), and your birthday off every year!
