This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising automated workflows to improve operational efficiency across Hey Digital. You will need to go beyond simple task automation and focus on integrating AI-driven solutions, building autonomous systems, and enhancing cross-platform communication. You will work across internal processes, client workflows, reporting, and data synchronisation to create seamless, scalable solutions.

About The Role

🗒️ Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in workflow automation, business process optimisation, or AI-powered automation.
• Hands-on experience with Zapier, N8N, and similar automation platforms.
• Experience in integrating tools via APIs, working with webhooks, REST APIs, and JSON data.
• Knowledge of Javascript, Python, or Typescript for building custom automations and scripts.
• Ability to analyse and redesign workflows to maximise efficiency.
• Experience with data synchronisation and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Excited to get involved in many areas of the business.

• Knowledge of database management
• Experience setting up AI chatbots or autonomous workflows
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Experience working in a fully remote company

🦸 Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automations → build sophisticated workflows using tools like Zapier, N8N and other AI-driven automation tools.
• Optimise business processes → audit existing processes and transform them into automated system that streamline our workflows and enhance efficiency
• AI Integration → leverage AI tools to create agents that we can use for research, reporting, workflow and employee management
• Enhance cross-tool integrations → ensure effective communication between our different platforms, tools and databases
• Maintain and scale automation → continuously improve and expand our automation capabilities as the company scales
• Innovate and experiment → stay up to date with emerging automation and AI trends
